Membership

Both institutions and individuals are welcome to become members of the Delaware Museum Association. If you work or volunteer for a Delaware museum or cultural organization, consider joining us in our efforts to strengthen our state’s museums. 

 

Through membership support, DMA is able to fulfill its mission of promoting realistic approaches to museum practices and problem solving through training, networking, partnerships, and advocacy.

As a DMA member you’ll have access to free or discounted training opportunities covering a wide variety of important topics including collections management, museum education, development, marketing, and professional standards.

DMA fosters connections between museums and individuals. As a member of DMA you’ll receive invitations for special in-person events including our annual meeting and “Museum Meetups”—our casual networking events.

Your membership helps support DMA’s efforts to promote the interests of Delaware’s museum community and encourage cultural heritage initiatives throughout the State of Delaware.
